Fully-licensed conventional uranium processing mill in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. Acquired December 6, 2024 from Rio Tinto America Inc. via Sweetwater Acquisition (Kennecott Uranium Company / Wyoming Coal Resources Company) for $175.4 million cash plus $4.2 million acquisition costs. 3,000-ton-per-day processing mill with licensed annual capacity of 4.1 mlb U3O8. Designated by U.S. Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council as a transparency project (August 5, 2025) and by U.S. Government for fast-track permitting to add ISR capability. Will be the largest dual-feed uranium plant in the U.S. upon ISR addition.
