Yes, Metal Pilot uses artificial intelligence to parse, normalise, classify, summarise, and otherwise process publicly available information about companies and projects.

Metal Pilot is optimized to work on mobile browsers, but there is no dedicated mobile app.

Companies within the same sector often use different reporting systems and may follow different accounting or disclosure standards. Metal Pilot presents data as reported, so the structure, granularity, and presentation can vary from one company to another.

We compile project data from companies' public filings. When a field is missing, it usually means the company hasn't reported that detail yet — common for early-stage or pre-production projects. In some cases, data may also be missed during our processing. So a blank field doesn't always mean the information isn't available.

Company data is refreshed at least annually, in line with the release of each company's annual report and related statutory filings. The exact timing depends on the company's domicile and reporting calendar. For example, Canadian issuers typically publish annual results in late Q1 for the prior fiscal year, while Australian issuers generally do so in early Q3. Metal Pilot incorporates updates as these disclosures become publicly available.
