5. Indicative Prices and Estimated Values

The Service is not a market-data product and does not provide real-time or delayed market quotes. You acknowledge that:

USD values, revenue estimates, portfolio value mixes, production-value figures, and valuation ratios (such as market capitalisation per unit of resource) may be calculated using static, internally set indicative commodity prices rather than live or recent market prices.

b.

Indicative prices are periodically revised at Metal Pilot's discretion, may deviate materially from current market prices, and are used solely to enable relative comparisons between companies and projects.

c.

Such estimated values must not be treated as fair values, appraisals, price targets, or estimates of realisable revenue or proceeds.

6. Methodology and Derived Figures

Figures displayed on the Service are outputs of Metal Pilot's own normalisation and aggregation rules and may differ — sometimes materially — from the figures published by the issuer. These rules include, among others:

Unit conversions and equivalence conventions, such as the 6 Mcf ≈ 1 BOE gas-to-barrels-of-oil-equivalent convention and the treatment of liquids reported in BOE-family units.

b.

Attribution of disclosed volumes by ownership percentage, royalty or stream rate, and reporting basis (gross, working interest, or net after royalty).

c.

Inclusive versus exclusive treatment of mineral resources relative to reserves, including a default treatment where the source is silent; Inferred resources are excluded from headline resource-base figures and shown separately.

d.

Annualisation and period conventions for production and guidance figures, deduplication of overlapping disclosure rows, and selection of the latest available disclosure when several exist.

e.

Normalisation of values reported at different magnitudes (for example NPV figures reported in thousands or millions), with some totals deliberately suppressed or flagged where the source's scale or basis is ambiguous.

f.

Scoring scales, bands, weights, and thresholds for ratings, strategic-project designations, and size tiers, all of which are set by Metal Pilot and may change at any time, altering current and historical displayed values.

Metal Pilot is not a Qualified Person (within the meaning of NI 43-101 or SEC S-K 1300), a Competent Person (within the meaning of JORC, SAMREC, or PERC), or a qualified reserves evaluator or auditor (within the meaning of NI 51-101 or COGEH). c.

Categorisations and ratings produced by AI or by Metal Pilot's methodology are subjective and may differ materially from classifications used by issuers, regulators, analysts, index providers, or other third parties.
