Description
The Kindersley Lithium Project (KLP) is a lithium-brine exploration project in southwestern Saskatchewan (non-Athabasca Basin, non-uranium). Denison holds an earn-in option from Grounded Lithium to acquire up to 75% interest through a series of options exercisable via direct payments ($3.2M cumulative) and project expenditures ($12M). As at December 31, 2025 Denison has not yet vested ownership but has incurred expenditures entitling it to vest 30% if it elects to cease further funding. 2025 activities: progression of technical studies in support of a potential PFS. KLP Agreement terminates on the earliest of: (i) Denison electing to acquire WI or terminate, (ii) June 30, 2028, or (iii) date agreed between the parties.
