Chang Shan Hao (CSH) Gold Project is an open-pit gold mine in Inner Mongolia, China, operated through Inner Mongolia Pacific Mining Co. Ltd. (IMPM), a Cooperative Joint Venture in which China Gold International holds a 96.5% interest with Brigade 217 of the Northwest Geological Bureau of China holding 3.5%. Commercial production commenced July 1, 2008. The mine infrastructure includes the NE open pit, heap-leach pads, a desorption workshop with smelting, mine camp and administration offices. Heap-leach processing is the canonical recovery flow following three-stage crushing (target -9 mm) commissioned 2009-2010. The initial EIA approval (March 2006) and renewed approval (August 2015) cover mining, waste-dump, heap-leaching and smelting at 6.6 Mtpa. A feasibility study on utilising deep resources for underground block-caving mining is in progress. QP for reserves: Guangpian Zhang AusIMM (CGME, NI 43-101). QP for resources: Yingting Guo MMSA, PGeo (December 31, 2025 update).
