High-grade gold and silver development project comprising the Guadalupe, Z-T, and Central areas. Located in Sinaloa, Mexico. Acquired in October 2025 through the $436.2 million share acquisition of Prime Mining Corp. A preliminary economic assessment is targeted for completion by mid-2026, followed by a prefeasibility study in the second half of the year. 2026 exploration plans include a 20,000 m drill program to expand resources and support engineering studies.
