La Debo

Gold exploration project comprising the G3N and G3S prospects, located in southwestern Cote d'Ivoire approximately 280 km west of Abidjan. Held under a standard multi-stage earn-in joint venture with JOFEMA Holdings Limited allowing Resolute to earn up to 100% of the project. To date approximately 10,037 m RC and 6,600 m diamond drilling have been completed. The 2025 MRE on G3N (8,580kt @ 0.9 g/t for 259 koz Inferred) and G3S (8,978kt @ 1.3 g/t for 384 koz Inferred) totals 643 koz Inferred — a 60% increase over the 400 koz resource quoted by previous explorers. Deposits remain open at depth with G3S grade increasing at depth. Further G3S extension drilling and a Scoping Study planned for H1-H2 2026.
