100%-owned underground gold-silver mine in northwestern Durango State, Mexico, within the Sierra Madre belt, hosting an epithermal vein system with associated lead-zinc-copper sulphides. The property covers roughly 10,000 hectares following the August 2025 acquisition of the adjacent Humaya 3 concession from a subsidiary of Fresnillo plc, and is served by a 1,200 tpd mill. Commercial production was declared on March 31, 2025. In 2025 the mine produced 17,410 oz gold, 316,166 oz silver, 6.5 Mlb zinc, 4.0 Mlb lead and 1.2 Mlb copper. The mineral resource estimate has an effective date of April 1, 2022.
