Underground silver-primary mine in Zacatecas, Mexico. Operated by Fresnillo plc (56%) JV with MAG Silver (44%, subsequently acquired by Pan American Silver in September 2025). On-site 4,000 tpd beneficiation plant. Production commenced 2022; first full year of plant operation in 2024. Mine life ~7.8 years. Reserves audited by AMC. Reserves and Resources reported on 100% basis.
