Property covers approximately 24,865 ha; stratabound sediment-hosted Cu-Au mineralisation in the Central African Copperbelt. S3 Expansion commissioned during 2025 increasing sulphide processing capacity. 80%/20% joint operation with ZCCM-IH. Source for 45% of 2025 Company revenue (US$2,375M). LOM sustaining cost provision US$2,319.6M; closure US$128.2M. Updated technical report effective December 31, 2023 (filed July 2024).
