Advanced-stage ISR uranium project forming part of the northwestern extension of the Edgemont Uranium Mining District. Located approximately 13 miles north-northwest of Edgemont in Fall River and Custer Counties, South Dakota, with major power lines and the Burlington Northern Sante Fe railroad crossing the site. Property comprises 16,962 acres of net mineral rights and 12,613 acres of surface rights, including federal claims and private leases. Uranium mineralization occurs as multiple sinuous roll fronts within the Inyan Kara Group, Lakota, and Fall River Formations. Acquired by the current operator in September 2021 through the acquisition of Azarga Uranium. The project holds an NRC Source Material License and EPA UIC permits, with state permitting advancing. Approved for inclusion in the FAST-41 Program by the U.S. Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council.
