Underground gold mine complex extending 3 km from Jethro to Lima. Located approximately 15 km northwest of Gwanda, Matabeleland South, accessed via the A6 highway and Old Gwanda Road; power supplied by ZESA grid and a 12.2 MWac solar plant. Property covers a 2,120 ha Mining Lease (ML40) plus 90 contiguous claims. Hosted in the Archaean Gwanda Greenstone Belt featuring disseminated sulphide replacement reefs and quartz-filled shears. Acquired from Kinross in 2006; indigenous shareholders hold a 36% stake. Processing utilizes crushing, milling, carbon-in-leach, and batch elution electro-winning circuits. Central Shaft deepening pre-feasibility study in progress to evaluate extending access below 38 Level.
