100%-owned underground silver-gold mine in Sonora, Mexico. Began operations in 2022; acquired by Coeur in February 2025 via the SilverCrest Transaction. Conventional underground longhole + cut-and-fill mining; AgEq cut-off 140 g/t with 59 g/t incremental development cut-off. Metallurgical recovery 97.5% Ag and 98.0% Au. M&I resources decreased 57% Au / 56% Ag YoY due to technical revisions; Inferred Au -6%, Inferred Ag +16%. Operating permit being amended ahead of November 2026 expiry. $93.5M PPA cost ascribed to inventory.
