Large-scale open-pit uranium development project. Located in the Erongo Region of Namibia, 73 km by road from Walvis Bay, with access to existing road, rail, electricity, and water networks. Property is secured under Mining Licence ML 250, valid until 2043. Early works construction is advancing, including bulk earthworks, site access roads, and temporary water and power infrastructure. Acquired and explored over 15 years, with a heap leach demonstration plant operated from 2015 to 2017. Dec-2022 DFS outlines an 8 Mtpa throughput open-pit and heap leach operation producing 3.5 Mlbs U3O8 annually. Planned expansions include a potential post-ramp-up throughput increase to 16 Mtpa (Etango-XP) or life-of-mine extension (Etango-XT). Flagship Namibian uranium asset.
