Sandstone-hosted fluvial channel type uranium complex comprising multiple deposits including Muntanga, Dibbwi, Dibbwi East, Gwabi, Njame, Chisebuka, and Muntanga East. Located approximately 200 km south of Lusaka and north of Lake Kariba in the Siavonga and Chirundu Districts of Zambia. Property encompasses three mining licences (Muntanga, Dibbwi, Chirundu) and two exploration licences (Nabbanda, Chirundu Extension) plus the Kariba Valley mining licence, covering 1,100 km2. Mineralisation occurs within the sandstone of the Karoo Supergroup. Acquired via the reverse takeover of GoviEx Uranium Inc in November 2025. Environment and Social Impact Assessment and Resettlement Action Plan have been filed. Flagship Zambian uranium asset.
