Wholly-owned petrochemical complex in the Dayawan Petrochemical Industrial Park in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, started up during 2025 and the first 100 percent foreign-owned petrochemical complex built in China. Year-end 2025 capacity is 1.6 Mt/yr of ethylene, 1.7 Mt/yr of polyethylene and 0.9 Mt/yr of polypropylene. The facility focuses on high-performance polyethylene and polypropylene products and is equipped with three polyethylene and two polypropylene production lines for a combined capacity of over 2.5 million metric tons per year, serving Chinese domestic demand currently met by imports.
