Description
As at 1 October 2025
100%-owned strategic satellite uranium-vanadium project located in Montrose County, Colorado (Uravan Mineral Belt), acquired in October 2025. Combines historically drilled Baboon Basin and Sawtooth claims with newly acquired adjacent lode claims. High-grade uranium and vanadium hosted in the Salt Wash Member of the Morrison Formation. Located approximately 10 miles from the planned Mustang Mill, significantly reducing ore transportation costs. Serves as a key satellite deposit supplying long-term feedstock for Western's milling facilities. Western is assessing approaches to validate the independent ore reserve calculation from drilling by Nuclear Dynamics Inc., the original holder.
