100%-owned development-stage uranium project situated on approximately 3,540 acres in Emery County, Utah, within the San Rafael Uranium District and Tidwell Mineral Belt. Includes the Deep Gold Uranium Deposit and the Down Yonder Uranium Deposit. More than 3,000 historic drill holes (last drill program 2007 to 2009). Permitting is underway for second production center, with the option for conventional underground mining or potential In-Situ Recovery (ISR). NI 43-101 Technical Report dated November 19, 2014 prepared by O. Jay Gatten (Utah Professional Geologist) for Western (then known as Homeland Uranium Inc.). Vanadium grades estimated at the district historic production average V2O5:U3O8 ratio of 1.35:1 where assays not available.
