Description
Wholly-owned planned regional uranium-vanadium processing facility located on a ~900-acre former Pinon Ridge Mill project site in Montrose County, Colorado. Acquired in October 2024 via the purchase of Pinon Ridge Corporation. Proposed licensed capacity: 1,000 tons of ore/day equivalent to 3 million lbs U3O8 per year. Designed as a Uravan Mineral Belt regional processing plant serving third party producers in Colorado and Utah. Mustang Mill License Application targeted for CDPHE submission in Q3 2026.
