As at 31 December 2025
10% equity-method investment acquired in October 2025 in Louisiana LNG LLC, which is developing a fully permitted LNG export facility operated by a third party. Williams will manage the gas supply for the facility and purchase approximately 10% of the LNG produced. The investment requires additional capital to fund construction; expected in service by 2029. Total initial purchase price for the Louisiana LNG and Driftwood Pipeline investments combined was $378 million.
