80% interest acquired in October 2025 in Driftwood Pipeline LLC, which is constructing a fully permitted greenfield pipeline, Line 200, connecting to multiple other pipelines, including Transco and Louisiana Energy Gateway, to supply the Louisiana LNG facility. Williams is the operator. Requires additional capital to fund construction; expected in service by 2029.
