Committed onsite power generation and associated gas pipeline infrastructure for data center and industrial development in Utah, backed by a primarily fixed-price power purchase agreement with a term of 12.5 years and customer extension options. Expected in service in the second half of 2027 and first half of 2028, assuming timely receipt of permits. Part of the Power Innovation portfolio totaling a combined 1.9 GW with Socrates.
