Consolidated rollup of Western Midstream's gathering, processing, treating, transportation and produced-water systems across its core Delaware Basin and Rocky Mountain operating areas, together with equity-method interests in NGL, natural-gas and crude-oil pipelines. The network spans approximately 14,910 miles of pipeline and provides full-service midstream handling of natural gas, crude oil, condensate, NGLs and produced water under predominantly fee-based contracts. Occidental is the largest customer, accounting for about 60% of 2025 total revenues.
