Western Midstream's Delaware Basin operating area, comprising the West Texas complex (DBM, DBJV and Haley gathering systems, the Ranch Westex and North Loving processing plants), the DBM crude-oil system, and an extensive DBM produced-water gathering, recycling, treating, supply and disposal network significantly enlarged by the 2025 Aris acquisition. Occidental supplied about 43% of West Texas complex gas throughput, 99% of DBM oil throughput and 61% of DBM water throughput in 2025. North Loving Train II (300 MMcf/d) is under construction for 2027.
