Sintered neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent-magnet manufacturing facility under development in Stillwater, Oklahoma, which also serves as the Company's headquarters and primary manufacturing center. The facility was not yet completed and had not commenced producing or selling neo magnets as of the reporting date; it anchors the downstream end of the Company's planned mine-to-magnet value chain serving aerospace, defense, semiconductor, data-center, mobility and industrial markets.
