Galena Complex

Combined underground silver-lead and silver-copper complex consisting of the Galena mine, the idle Coeur mine, and the Caladay exploration property. Located in the Coeur d'Alene Mining District of northern Idaho, approximately two miles west of Wallace, with access via Interstate 90. Property covers 8,915 acres of patented, unpatented, and fee lands. Hosts steeply dipping fissure-filling veins and disseminated zones in metamorphosed Precambrian sedimentary rocks. Acquired 100% ownership in December 2024 after purchasing the remaining 40% interest from Eric Sprott. The 680 tpd Galena processing plant utilizes a conventional crushing, grinding, and flotation flowsheet to produce a silver-lead concentrate. Phase II drill program discovered the high-grade 034 vein complex, with ongoing development of the 5500 Level drift extending access for near-term production.
