Past-producing underground silver mine advancing towards a mid-2026 restart. Located approximately 4 miles southeast of Kellogg, Idaho, and 9 miles from the Galena Complex. Property consists of 10 acres of surface rights and 15 acres of patented claims and mineral rights over 64 patented claims. Hosts tetrahedrite mineralization identical to the Galena Ag-Cu-Sb material. Acquired in December 2025 from Crescent Silver, LLC for $65 million ($20 million cash and $45 million equity). Infrastructure includes three portals, geology buildings, and maintenance shops. Planned mining utilizes a combination of cut-and-fill and long-hole stoping.
