Shirley Basin Project

In situ recovery uranium project located in Carbon County, Wyoming, approximately 40 miles south of Casper. Property covers approximately 3,536 acres including the FAB Trend and Area 5. Acquired through the purchase of Pathfinder Mines Corporation in 2013. Construction of the satellite plant facility initiated in August 2025, with commissioning expected in 2026. Loaded resin will be transported to Lost Creek for processing. Includes a licensed waste disposal site for 11e.(2) byproduct material.
