Exploration-stage conventional uranium project comprising the Roughrider West (RRW), Roughrider East (RRE), and Roughrider Far East (RRFE) deposits in the eastern Athabasca Basin (Saskatchewan, Canada). 100% UEC-owned, acquired from Rio Tinto in October 2022. Property covers 1,475 acres. Updated Initial Assessment TRS filed November 5, 2024 (Tetra Tech / UMR / Snowden Optiro / Terracon / Clifton). FY25 indicated +0.1% to 27,860 klb; inferred -7.4% to 33,380 klb. Resources estimated at $85/lb U3O8 with 97.5% metallurgical recovery; cut-and-fill and long-hole open stoping mining methods envisaged.
