Diversified downstream, midstream and infrastructure company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, operating primarily in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (Deep Basin and Central Alberta) and at Prince George, British Columbia. Activities include light oil refining, natural gas processing, NGL extraction, natural gas storage and renewable fuels. Key assets include the Brazeau River Complex, the Ram River Gas Plant, the Sylvan Lake Gas Processing Facility, the Prince George Refinery and the HDRD renewable diesel complex. Tidewater holds an approximately 66% ownership interest in its publicly traded subsidiary Tidewater Renewables Ltd. The Pipestone assets (Pipestone Gas Plant, Pipestone Phase II and Dimsdale storage) were sold to AltaGas in December 2023.
