Brine project targeting the Late Jurassic Smackover Formation to extract bromine, lithium, magnesium, and manganese. Located in Southwest Arkansas. Property comprises a 6,138-acre unit integrating leased acreage from TETRA and Saltwerx (ExxonMobil). Held under a Memorandum of Understanding with Saltwerx. 2025 updated definitive feasibility study and technical resources report completed. Phase 1 of the bromine processing plant is complete, with Phase 2 mechanical completion projected by the end of 2027 and operations starting in early 2028 with 75 Mlb/yr capacity.
