Description
As at 31 December 2025
Carmen de Andacollo (CdA) is an open-pit copper mine located in the Coquimbo Region of central Chile. Teck holds a 90% interest; the remaining 10% is owned by ENAMI, the Chilean state mining company. The mine experienced a structural SAG mill failure in Q2 2025 (~1 month downtime). Higher mill throughput in 2025 was supported by better water availability after several drought-affected years. 100% of gold by-product is sold to RGLD Gold AG (wholly owned by Royal Gold Inc.) under a long-term stream with cash payment of 15% of the monthly average gold price.
