East Kundana Joint Venture

Combined open-pit and underground gold complex comprising the Raleigh and Rubicon-Hornet-Pegasus (RHP) underground mines, with the Hornet Open Pit in pre-development. Located 25 km west-northwest of Kalgoorlie and 47 km northeast of Coolgardie, Western Australia. Property covers multiple mining leases including M15/993 and M16/309. Operations at Raleigh recommenced in 2024 following a suspension, targeting remnant mining areas and the Sadler zone. Ore is processed at Evolution Mining's Mungari processing plant. Golden Hind open pit scheduled to commence in mid-2026. Flagship Australian joint venture asset.
