Lawyers-Ranch

Combined open-pit and underground gold-silver complex comprising the Lawyers area (Cliff Creek, Dukes Ridge, Phoenix, and AGB zones) and the Ranch area (Thesis II, Thesis III, Bingo, Barite Vein, Bonanza-South, JK, Bonanza, and Ridge zones). Located in the Toodoggone Mining District of northern British Columbia, accessed via the Sturdee Airstrip and the Lawyers Ring Road, approximately 45 km northwest of the Kemess mine power tie-in. Property covers over 495 km² of mining claims, encumbered by a 0.5% NSR on 37 Lawyers claims and a 2% NSR on 31 Ranch claims. High-sulfidation epithermal mineralization. Historical production occurred between 1989 and 1992. Dec-2025 PFS outlines a 13,700 tpd operation over a 15-year LOM producing ~187 koz AuEq/yr at AISC US$1,185/oz AuEq, initial capex $736.2M, after-tax NPV₅ $2.37B / IRR 54.4% at US$2,900/oz Au and US$35/oz Ag.
