GC Mine (Gaocheng)

99%-owned underground silver-lead-zinc mine in Gaocun Township, Yun'an District, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, China. Commercially operating since Q2 2014. Polymetallic mesothermal vein-infill style of deposit. UG mining via mobile rubber-tired equipment (Stage 1) and tracked equipment + shaft (Stage 2) down to -300 mRL; Stage 3 design extends mining from -300 to -500 mRL. Mining methods: traditional shrinkage, resuing, and overhand cut-and-fill. Processing plant 1,600 tpd nameplate (~900-950 tpd per parallel circuit). 2024 LOM schedule ramps annual ore production from ~313 to 363 kt by FY2026, ~5.0 Mt LOM. Plus dry-stack TSF; intelligent pre-sorting system replaced manual hand-sorting in 2023.
