Updated independent NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate (Condor MRE) by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. with effective date Feb 28, 2025, prepared by QP Mark Wanless. Focused on higher-grade underground material. Cut-off 2.2 g/t AuEq. Initial metallurgical tests indicate Au recoveries up to 96% (Camp) and 88% (Los Cuyes) via cyanide leaching. Not considered a material property — MRE filed on a voluntary basis.
