Hollinger Tailings Project

Gold tailings reprocessing and legacy-site remediation project on the historic Hollinger tailings in Timmins, Ontario. The company holds 100% of the mining rights and, through a subsidiary, an option to acquire the surface rights (exercisable within five years for $900,000 adjusted for CPI, with a 1.5% NSR to the surface-rights owner if exercised). A maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate (effective November 25, 2025) covers Phase 1 and Phase 2 tailings material at a 0.21 g/t Au cut-off. In February 2026 the project received the first permit issued under Ontario's new Recovery of Minerals regime.
