Large, district-scale gold project located approximately 220 km north of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, acquired through the February 2024 Nighthawk Gold arrangement. The 2023 mineral resource estimate (effective February 9, 2023) covers eight deposits (Colomac Main, Goldcrest, Grizzly Bear, 24/27, Cass, Kim, Damoti, and Treasure Island) across combined open-pit and underground scenarios, and the project is supported by a preliminary economic assessment. The Colomac Gold Project and the wider Indin Lake property are subject to a 2.0% NSR royalty held by the company's RoyaltyCo subsidiary.
