Description
100%-owned nickel refinery at Le Havre, France, acquired on 4 February 2022, classified as a non-mineral property within the EU operations. The refinery was placed on care and maintenance in 2025 after sustained negative earnings (2025 adjusted EBITDA of -R590M on revenue of R518M). The site remains the location of the Group's GalliCam pre-cursor cathode-active-material conversion study options. Capital expenditure of R28M (US$2M) was incurred in 2025.
