Open-pit gold complex in Erzincan Province, Türkiye. SSR Mining holds 80% via Anagold; Lidya Mines 18.5%; bank wholly owned by Çalık Holdings 1.5%. Greater Çakmaktepe is held via Kartaltepe (80% SSR, 20% Lidya). Includes Çöpler Mine + Greater Çakmaktepe deposits (no reserves at Bayramdere). SUSPENDED following February 13, 2024 'Çöpler Incident' (significant slip on heap leach pad). Heap leach pad permanently decommissioned; 2014 EIA (rather than 2021 EIA) governs any potential restart at lower 6,000 tpd sulfide throughput. Cannot estimate timing or conditions of restart. Reserve information frozen at Feb 13, 2024 with adjustments for depletion and write-off of heap leach inventory. Reserves at $1,450/oz Au.
