100%-owned open-pit gold mine in Teller County, Colorado within the historic Cripple Creek Mining District. Epithermal alkaline intrusion-related gold system hosted in Oligocene-aged diatreme. Two valley-leach facilities (VLF 1, VLF 2) each with dedicated ADR plant. Acquired by SSR Mining in 2025. ~15,012 acre land package (~1,642 patented mining claims). Crush leach cut-off 0.10 g/t Au extractable cyanide soluble; ROM leach 0.069 g/t. Contributed 28% of 2025 SSR revenue. Plus 360 koz Au of leach-pad WIP inventory not included in Reserves.
