Underground silver-gold complex consisting of the Guitarra, Coloso, and Nazareno mines. Located in the Temascaltepec mining district in the State of Mexico, near Toluca. Property covers 25,320 hectares of mining claims, encumbered by a 2% NSR held by Metalla Royalty & Streaming. Acquired from First Majestic in March 2023; achieved commercial production on January 1, 2025. Flotation mill currently operates at 500 tpd nameplate capacity. Phase 1 expansion underway to lift capacity to 750-800 tpd by Q2 2026 via the installation of a second cone crusher, with Phase 2 targeting 1,200-1,500 tpd by Q3 2027.
