Description
High-grade epithermal VMS deposit comprising multiple zones including 21A, 21B, 21C, 21E, NEX, HW, 23 Zone, and Eskay Deeps. Located in the Golden Triangle region of British Columbia, 83 km northwest of Stewart, accessed via Highway 37 and the 59 km Eskay Mine Road, with power from the 287-kV Northwest Transmission Line. Property covers 7,666 ha consisting of 51 mineral claims and 8 mineral leases, subject to a 2.5% NSR to Franco-Nevada and a 0.5% NSR to Triple Flag. Transitioned to development phase in December 2024 with construction ongoing and initial production anticipated in Q2 2027 following receipt of the Environmental Assessment Certificate and BC Mines Act Permit in early 2026. Hosted within Jurassic rocks of the Stikinia Assemblage. Past-producing underground mine (1994-2008) acquired 100% from Barrick Gold in October 2020. Proposed 3.0 Mtpa process plant (expanding to 3.5 Mtpa in Year 6) utilizing conventional crushing, grinding, and flotation. Nov-2023 DFS outlines a 12-year LOM producing an average of 320 koz AuEq annually, with initial capital of C$713M and an after-tax NPV5% of C$1.97B / IRR of 42.7% at US$1,800/oz Au. Flagship asset.
