Single open-pit gold mine focusing on the Valley deposit within the broader Rogue Project. Located approximately 230 km east of Mayo, Yukon, accessed via helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft with a planned new access corridor including a bridge over the Pelly River and upgrades to the North Canol Road; power to be supplied by on-site diesel generators. Property comprises 5,382 contiguous mineral claims and 38 placer claims covering roughly 110,189 ha within the Traditional Territory of the First Nation of Na-Cho Nyäk Dun. Hosts reduced intrusion-related gold system mineralization associated with the Mayo and Tombstone plutonic suites. Acquired in 2021 and advanced through a 2025 PEA. March 2025 PEA outlines a 25,000 tpd open-pit mine over a 20-year LOM, with initial capex of C$1,685M and after-tax NPV5 of C$3,367M / IRR of 25.0% at US$2,150/oz Au. Flagship Yukon gold asset.
