Satellite high-grade copper deposit ~6 km from the La Caridad complex in Sonora, Mexico; developed as an open-pit operation with ore haulage by truck to the La Caridad mill. Carried at probable reserves of 22.3 Mt @ 0.80% Cu (mill) plus 1.9 Mt leach material; no production recorded through 2025 in the company's per-mine production series. S-K 1300 TRS shared with La Caridad (Exhibit 96.7).
