Low-capital-intensity copper oxide greenfield project in Sonora, Mexico, ~45 km from the Buenavista mine. Copper oxide mineralization hosted in alluvial wash gravels at the southwest margin of the Patagonia Mountains; estimated P&P reserves of 317 Mt at 0.249% Cu. Anticipated to operate as a conventional open-pit mine with SX-EW technology and annual capacity of 36,000 tonnes of copper cathodes. S-K 1300 TRS Exhibit 96.8.
