Description
Flagship and sole material property; 100%-owned uranium project in the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut, 350 km west of Rankin Inlet within the Angikuni Basin, hosting the Lac 50 Deposit. Comprises 135 Crown mineral claims, one mining lease and Inuit Owned Land parcel RI30-001 for a total of 192,913 ha. Lac 50 is a basement-hosted, vein/structure-hosted (Beaverlodge-type) U+Ag+Mo+Cu+Pb+Zn system along a 3.5 km strike, originally delineated by Pan Ocean (1980s) and advanced via Latitude Uranium. No current NI 43-101 mineral resource is defined; a conceptual Lac 50 Exploration Target was announced and the ~10,000 m 2025 Angilak diamond drill program intersected new mineralization. Acquired through the March 2024 Latitude Uranium plan of arrangement. Royalty burden: 12% NPI to NTI on IOL plus statutory NMR sliding royalty and a 1% NSR to Sandstorm Gold.
