Carlin-type sediment-hosted gold complex comprising four informally named areas known as Main Mercur, South Mercur, West Mercur and North Mercur. Located 57 km southwest of Salt Lake City, Utah, accessed via Interstate 80 and State Routes 36 and 73, with existing electrical power supply and distribution lines. Property covers approximately 7,208 hectares of patented and unpatented claims, fee land tax parcels, and state leases, encumbered by an estimated 2.1% NSR royalty. Acquired in May 2024 via the corporate acquisition of Ensign Minerals Inc. for approximately C$21.9 million. March 2025 PEA outlines a 18,144 tpd open-pit heap leach operation over a 10-year LOM producing ~95 koz Au/yr at AISC of US$1,363/oz, with initial capex of US$194M and after-tax NPV5 of US$295M at US$2,175/oz Au. 2025 drilling program includes 13,000 meters of core and RC drilling to upgrade and expand resources.
