Beartrack-Arnett

Combined open-pit gold complex consisting of the Beartrack and Haidee deposits. Located in Lemhi County, Idaho, accessed year-round via well-maintained roads from the town of Salmon, with an existing 69 kV transmission line and water storage systems. Property comprises approximately 6,292 hectares of unpatented and patented claims, subject to a 1.8% NSR royalty to Pan American Silver. Beartrack was previously operated as an open-pit heap leach by Meridian Beartrack Co. between 1994 and 2002, producing over 600 koz gold. June 2023 PFS outlines a 12,000 tpd open-pit heap leach operation over an 8.1-year LOM producing ~65 koz Au/yr at AISC of US$1,235/oz, with initial capex of US$109M and after-tax NPV5 of US$105M at US$1,800/oz Au. Two-stage crushing feeds the heap leach pads. Draft Plan of Operations submitted in Q4 2024 to assist with permitting preparations.
