ABC Project

Greenfield gold exploration project located in western Cote d'Ivoire, forming part of the May 2025 Doropo/ABC acquisition from AngloGold Ashanti. Comprises four granted exploration permits with two further permit applications. Headline asset is the Kona North and Kona South Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.16 Moz at 0.9 g/t Au within the Kona permit. 2025 RC drilling at the Moya and Koba prospects returned encouraging intersections (e.g. KNRC0461 9m at 2.4 g/t from 0m; KNRC0493R 23m at 2.1 g/t from 81m). Drilling programs planned on Farako-Nafana and Gbemanzo permits in 2026 with a Scoping Study to evaluate the existing Kona Mineral Resources expected in early H2 2026. Combined 2026 exploration budget for Cote d'Ivoire ABC and La Debo over US$10 million.
